This tiny DOS executable lets you quickly log off, shut down, power off, or reboot your system. As with any DOS commands, Wampserver 2.1 doesn't have an interface. You invoke it in a command window using one of the program's options. B-Randomizer randomly selects and changes your Windows wallpaper from a list that you have selected.
